Think Ahead was founded in 2016, when it was created by a group of alumni of British schools in Madrid. After studying at the best universities in the United Kingdom, they designed an innovative educational experience, geared to the British school system, in which no efforts are spared to bring out the potential of our students. Our own recent experience in such schools has influenced every decision that we have taken along the way.
Experience, resources and the team: Other, smaller academies do not have a team capable of offering educational solutions, conducting ongoing diagnoses, providing their students with the exclusive resources available to an official examination centre, and offering a wide range of services and guidance relating to the British and international educational systems.
Personalisation and a close relationship: So that a student is not just a number. The academies that are strong on the previous point tend to have a mass-market model, with many tutors and algorithms that eliminate personalisation and the close relationship that will help students to achieve their goals and give families the information and support needed during the different stages of education.
Our compensation model, which is more generous than at other academies, leads the best professionals in the field to join our team.
The training, trust, prestige, resources and daily contact with our institution that our tutors enjoy mean that they are better prepared and highly involved with the students every day.
We choose 1 tutor out of every 30 candidates that we interview. This mix of youth, talent, drive, bilingualism, a track record of individual experience and of teaching in the system, and commitment is extremely difficult to find.

Involvement means that our tutors are there for their students more than just two hours a week: they are constantly in contact with them to answer specific questions and they are available at the weekend for extra lessons.
Involvement means creating a context in which the students are divided up by school and level, which, when added to a course design that follows the evolution of the curriculum and school exams, perfectly dovetails with the academic development of the students in a particular subject.
Involvement means that our directors work to motivate students, communicate with their families, give them the boost that they need. There are also mock exams, diagnostic tests, custom-tailored plans, corrections, exercise packs for the holidays and half-yearly reports, all included in the study plan for each academic year.
Involvement means that all the above comes at no additional cost to our clients.
